Job Summary: The professional will perform installations and repairs on FTTH and FTTA telecommunications networks, conduct maintenance, diagnose issues, and provide customer service. Description: Professional Profile We Are Seeking: * Completed high school education. * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (working Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per the schedule); * Valid and up-to-date driver's license category B; * NR 10 and NR 35 certifications are desirable; * Technical experience and familiarity with procedures for installing and repairing telecommunications networks; To join our team, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Conducting corrective and preventive maintenance on installed services, resolving issues and ensuring service continuity; * Repairing/correcting service failures, such as slow speed, Wi\-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittent connections, etc.; * Removing cables and equipment from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Assessing access feasibility for the commercial team; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when the customer changes their service plan; * Installing internal and external cabling and connections; * Testing cables and optical fibers; * Configuring the telecommunications system and, if necessary, escalating to technical support; * Diagnosing and resolving network issues; * Providing courteous and efficient customer service, clarifying inquiries and advising on proper service usage; * Documenting and maintaining records of network configurations. * Performing other duties related to the position, in accordance with managerial guidance. 2512120202501618403
