




Job Summary: A professional to coordinate the Software Engineering program, manage faculty and tutors, and promote teaching quality and academic project development. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields, plus a completed master’s degree; * 1 year of teaching experience and 2 years of experience leading people and/or projects; * Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems; * Familiarity with Strategic Planning; * Familiarity with Budget Management; * Customer service techniques; * Goal and performance indicator management; * Collaborative leadership; * Assertive communication; * Critical and analytical thinking. * Plan semester activities for the Software Engineering program (events, partnerships, etc.); * Monitor, review, and improve the Course Pedagogical Project (PPC) together with the Structuring Teaching Body (NDE) and the Directorate; * Manage faculty and tutors (conduct meetings, monitor attendance, provide guidance on semester directives, supervise adherence to course syllabi, etc.); * Hold meetings with class leaders of the Software Engineering program to identify improvement opportunities and propose, develop, and implement academic projects; * Support student recruitment campaigns alongside the commercial team, providing guidance and resolving potential client/student queries; * Collaborate in planning the annual DNT Congress (Law, Business, and Technology); * Plan the academic assessment schedule for courses within the teaching period; * Provide individual and collective student support, upholding institutional teaching quality and methodology; * Participate in the faculty selection process for the program, conducting technical and behavioral evaluations. * Establish partnerships with other institutions, government agencies, and companies to promote the program and plan internship opportunities for students; * Conduct benchmarking to identify industry best practices; * Mediate and resolve conflicts among students, faculty, and coordination; * Encourage and support academic research activities among students and faculty; * Monitor, analyze, and present area performance indicators’ results to the Directorate. 2511020202231846745
