Job Summary: Professional to coordinate academic activities, manage faculty, and develop pedagogical projects for the Software Engineering program. Key Highlights: 1. Manage faculty and tutors. 2. Description: * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields, plus a completed master's degree; * One year of teaching experience and two years of experience leading people and/or projects; * Basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP skills; * Knowledge of Strategic Planning; * Knowledge of Budget Management; * Customer service techniques; * Goal and indicator management; * Collaborative leadership; * Assertive communication; * Critical and analytical thinking. * Plan semester activities for the Software Engineering program (events, partnerships, etc.); * Monitor, review, and improve the Course Pedagogical Project (PPC) together with the Structuring Faculty Core (NDE) and the Directorate; * Manage faculty and tutors (conduct meetings, monitor attendance, provide guidance on semester directives, monitor compliance with course syllabi, etc.); * Hold meetings with class leaders of the Software Engineering program to identify improvement opportunities and propose, develop, and implement academic projects; * Support student recruitment campaigns alongside the commercial team, providing guidance and clarifying potential client/student questions; * Collaborate in planning the annual DNT (Law, Business, and Technology) Congress; * Plan the assessment calendar for courses within the academic term; * Provide individual and collective student support, ensuring teaching quality and institutional methodology; * Participate in the selection process for program faculty, conducting technical and behavioral evaluations. * Establish partnerships with other institutions, government agencies, and companies to promote the program and plan internship opportunities for students; * Conduct benchmarking to identify industry best practices; * Mediate and resolve conflicts among students, faculty, and coordination; * Encourage and support academic research activities among students and faculty; * Monitor, analyze, and present area indicator results to the Directorate. 2511020202231846745
