If you share our values, we would be delighted to welcome you to write your journey with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage and control Intermed Operator’s contracts and their indicators; Draft service provider contracts; Receive and verify documentation for onboarding new providers; Receive, verify, and process documentation for updates (inclusion, exclusion, extension, and modification) to the provider network; Maintain active relationships with the provider network; Monitor the quality of care delivered by the provider network; Train and support providers on the correct use of the information system; Provide, when necessary, information about the accredited network to other departments; Support immediate supervisors on matters inherent to the area of responsibility, presenting and discussing issues and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be taken; Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate manager. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Law, or related fields; Experience in contract management; Desirable: ability to interact with healthcare companies; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate level; Availability for a 44-hour weekly schedule \- Mon. to Fri. **Additional Information** What we offer you: * Health insurance plan (after probation period) * Meal allowance * Dental plan (after probation period) * Birthday day off * Total Pass * SESC partnership The health plan that cares for the people of Piauí!
