With a broad range of products, the company aims to protect its customers against various risks. **Responsibilities:** Perform building maintenance, including masonry repairs, minor surfacing (floors and tiles), wall and metal structure painting. Conduct plumbing repairs. Perform basic electrical maintenance (replacing light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, switches) and inspect power distribution panels under supervision. Maintain sidewalks, roofs, gutters, and assist in organizing common areas. Perform tasks related to Artífice routines. Position based in Teresina / PI. Previous experience as a Skilled Worker, Assembler, Maintenance Technician, or Artisan may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
