The professional will be responsible for leading teams, monitoring KPIs, ensuring goal attainment, and maintaining operational excellence standards at the unit level. Responsibilities and Duties * Cover vacations of store managers by temporarily assuming unit management responsibilities; * Manage a business unit (including procurement, performance tracking, and monitoring all-unit KPIs); * Provide support to commercial management teams at the units. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in leadership roles; * Proficiency in team and operational process management; * Flexibility to work across different units and regions; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset; * Willingness to travel. 2512050202181618011
