Prospect and develop new suppliers ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for supporting the company's material and service procurement processes, ensuring control, organization, and adherence to deadlines and costs. Main Responsibilities: * Control purchases by entering invoices into the system and updating control spreadsheets. * Perform price quotations with suppliers according to internal requirements. * Issue and monitor purchase orders and payment orders. * Maintain cost spreadsheets and management reports. * Support the commercial department in preparing quotations for participation in public tenders. * Prospect and develop new suppliers to obtain better commercial terms. * Monitor delivery deadlines and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers. * Organize and archive fiscal documents and procurement processes. * Negotiate payment terms and conditions, when necessary. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic knowledge of ERP systems; * Availability to work 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Birthday leave. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
