Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers; * Issue purchase orders and monitor their lifecycle until delivery; * Analyze consumption patterns and plan preventive purchases; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers; * Monitor timelines, contracts, and commercial terms; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields**; * Proven experience in procurement; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and negotiation skills.
