Handle discrepancies, damages, or irregularities. **JOIN OUR TEAM\- SHIPPING ASSISTANT** **Job Mission** Assist in the processes of merchandise verification, organization, and shipment, ensuring all goods are shipped according to the quality, timeliness, and safety standards established by the cooperative and its customers. **Shipping Processes** * Perform merchandise verification, checking quantities, codes, batches, and conditions. **Control and Organization** * Keep the department organized, following safety regulations. * Record entries and exits in systems or spreadsheets, when required. * Handle discrepancies, damages, or irregularities. **Education** * Completed high school education. * Logistics courses are a plus. **Experience** * Prior experience in shipping, warehousing, logistics, or similar areas is preferred. **Knowledge** * Basic understanding of material verification. * Strong organizational skills. * Knowledge of control systems (ERP, spreadsheets, or similar) is preferred. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization * Agility * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Responsibility * Commitment * Clear and direct communication **Working Conditions** * Warehouse, logistics, or operational environment. * Mandatory use of PPE.
