If you share the same values, it will be a pleasure to see you write your journey with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform operational tasks, focusing on supporting the team; Follow established instructions and procedures for carrying out activities; Collaborate in daily departmental tasks and assist in more complex processes, as directed; Support data or information collection for indicators within the area of operation; Provide general support for departmental activities, act autonomously, and comply with defined instructions and deadlines; Dispense (search, identification, selection, preparation) medications and hospital supplies, fulfilling medical requisitions; Assemble and distribute hospital and surgical kits; Record the issuance of requested medications and hospital supplies (dispensed) using a barcode scanner for medications and manually for hospital supplies; Request, receive, inspect, and store medications and hospital supplies; Fraction (cut), seal, label, and package tablets; Store and control psychotropic medications; Conduct rotating inventory; Daily verification and recording of ambient temperature, refrigerator temperature, and humidity, using the appropriate form; Label ampoules or bottles containing medications; Perform multi-dose medication fractioning; Receive returned medications and supplies from nursing staff, conduct batch and expiry date verification, and store them in inventory; Store medications under safe conditions, preserving quality, considering expiry dates for medication handling; Receive returned medications and supplies from nursing staff, conduct batch and expiry date verification, and store them in inventory; Know, apply, promote, and suggest norms and practices related to workplace safety and environmental preservation, participating in programs promoted by the unit and contributing to eliminating situations that may pose occupational accident risks or environmental degradation; Stay updated on technological advances relevant to your field of activity, aiming at professional improvement, knowledge sharing, suggestions for equipment and process improvements, and contributing to continuous improvement; Ensure the preservation of organizational assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; Perform other related duties, as determined by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; Experience in the role is a plus; Knowledge of medication storage is a plus; Knowledge of patient safety goals is a plus; Availability to work on a 12x36 (day shift) schedule. **Additional Information** **What We Offer You:** Health insurance (after the probationary period); Meal allowance; Dental plan (after the probationary period).
