Job Summary: Responsible for general automotive preparation and painting, including trucks and buses, as well as complex repairs and waste management. Key Highlights: 1. Waste management and compliance with insurance company guidelines General body shop painting preparation services. Perform general painting preparation; Execute painting services; Apply primer, perform sanding, and cleaning; **Paint vehicle surfaces such as:** trucks and buses, polishing, and touch-up; Perform high-complexity technical work; Clean the floor at your workstation before and after daily working hours; Clean tools and equipment before and after use; Dispose of empty packaging and damaged components, and control replaced parts and assemblies under warranty, preserving these components for subsequent manufacturer evaluation. Dismantle parts and components required to perform repairs on Volkswagen vehicles; Prepare estimates according to insurance company guidelines; Perform repairs according to insurance company guidelines; Direct scrap materials for collection by insurance companies; Follow all safety, health, and environmental requirements; Follow and comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures; Other related duties.
