We are seeking a talent to fill the position of Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and duties** Activities to be performed: * Manage job openings by processing personnel requisitions and identifying the need to open positions via internal and/or external recruitment; * Inform managers about the opening and progress of requested positions through periodic reports; * Report Recruitment & Selection KPIs to immediate managers and submit periodic reports on the status of all company vacancies; * Process payments for services provided by external recruitment agencies: request invoice breakdowns, review and validate amounts, request payroll registration numbers, and request official invoices for payment; * Internal Recruitment—Promote job openings through internal communication channels and monitor candidate applications, providing them with positive or negative feedback; * Conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates to identify suitable profiles for subsequent interviews with the hiring manager; * Coordinate employee transfer to the new management unit, arrange medical examinations, and inform involved managers about process stages; * Provide candidates with feedback on the recruitment process, interpreting behavioral assessment tools applied during evaluation; * External Recruitment—Promote, recruit, and select candidates aligned with open positions; * Support movement/promotion processes for consultants (BPs); * Admission Process—Monitor onboarding at the company, tracking: formal hiring approval by the manager, issuance of offer letters, completion of pre-employment medical exams, submission of required documentation for system registration, logistics for travel and accommodation when necessary, and forwarding complete documentation to Labor Relations for formal admission. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Experience in recruiting and selecting strategic profiles; Postgraduate studies in People Management preferred; Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., Gupy, Solides) preferred. **Additional information** **Why apply:** Joining Grupo Equatorial means becoming part of an expanding company whose culture emphasizes continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
