We at **BAUMINAS** \- **Teresina** Unit are seeking an **Electromechanical Maintenance Technician** to join our maintenance team, contributing to supporting activities and organization of the manufacturing unit. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preventive maintenance according to the pre-established schedule and corrective maintenance on mechanical and/or electrical equipment and installations at the plant, as well as provide support for these services whenever requested, replacing parts when necessary; Perform lamination of parts and tanks using fiberglass, FRP, or other suitable materials, applying appropriate lining to ensure proper preservation of production process components; Conduct diagnostics through reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams; Support maintenance and inspections of transformers and MCCs; Carry out minor renovations at the unit, such as installation of new mechanical and/or electrical systems, layout changes, etc.; Support the development and implementation of new electrical projects at the unit; Support the preparation of maintenance plans and schedules by gathering technical information and assessing associated risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields; Active CRT (Technical Registry Council) registration; NR 10 and NR 35 certifications; knowledge of electromechanical installations for production processes and instrumentation. **Additional Information** Transportation Allowance/Fuel; On-site meals; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Wellhub (Gympass); Life insurance; Auster Program (psychological, physical, and nutritional support); Private pension; The BAUMINAS Group comprises four companies operating integrally in the Environmental Sanitation industry: BAUMINAS Águas, BAUMINAS Mineração, BAUMINAS Log, and BAUMINAS Hidroazul.
