Weigh, package, and label bread, baked snacks, and other bakery items. Ensure the display case and counter are always well-stocked and organized, guaranteeing an attractive presentation. Restock bakery products frequently. Check the quality, freshness, and expiration dates of displayed items for sale. Assist in organizing products arriving from internal production or distribution centers. Keep the counter, utensils, and service area clean and hygienic. Operate the scale, labeling machine, and, when necessary, point-of-sale registration and support systems. Strictly follow hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good handling practices. Serve customers with courtesy, friendliness, and attention to their satisfaction. Report any restocking needs, irregularities, or issues identified in the department to the supervisor. Previous experience as a Bakery Counter Clerk, Snack Bar Attendant, Food Salesperson, or Pastry Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
