Description
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Production Engineering;
* Prior experience in finance department routines;
* Experience with Human Resources Department routines;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate or advanced level);
* ERP system experience;
* Organized and analytical profile, with attention to deadlines and details;
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with suppliers and internal colleagues;
* Experience in procurement processes;
* Manage accounts payable and receivable (suppliers, contractors, and clients);
* Perform bank reconciliations;
* Prepare cash flow statements and financial projections per project;
* Monitor project progress measurements and billing;
* Issue service invoices (ISS, tax withholdings, construction-related INSS, etc.);
* Support control of direct and indirect project costs;
* Prepare managerial financial reports;
* Support preparation of corporate budgeting and economic feasibility analysis;
* Organize contracts with clients, suppliers, and service providers;
* Maintain legal documentation for construction projects (permits, ART, CND, etc.);
* Support procurement processes and material control;
* Manage payroll (in coordination with HR/accounting);
* Support executive leadership in strategic decision-making;
