**Your daily responsibilities:**
? **Spreadsheets and data organization (Excel)**
* Create, update, and organize electronic spreadsheets;
* Consolidate information extracted from invoices, contracts, progress reports, service reports, and other fiscal and operational documents;
* Support the calculation of tax bases, taxable amounts, and cross-referencing of fiscal information.
?️ **Standardization and formatting of documents (Excel and Word)**
* Adapt spreadsheets, technical reports, and administrative documents to the firm’s standards;
* Review documents for structure, clarity, numbering, tables, and demonstrative charts.
? **Support in fiscal procedures**
* Assist in drafting infringement notices, commencement notices for fiscal actions, summons, and other administrative acts related to tax inspection;
* Organize drafts and verify formal data in fiscal documents.
? **Tax analysis (supervised)**
* Verify applicability of taxes such as ISS, IRRF, and others to the operations under review;
* Support identification of tax rates, legal classification, and amounts due;
* Research legislation, decrees, and normative instructions.
? **Analysis of accounting and fiscal documents**
* Conduct preliminary analysis of documents from construction companies, financial institutions, service providers, and other enterprises;
* Verify fiscal ledgers, accounting statements, and supporting documents.
? **Organization of tax administrative proceedings**
* Classify, organize, and digitize tax administrative proceedings;
* Monitor deadlines, attach documents, and track procedural progress.
**What we’re looking for in you:**
* Currently enrolled in **Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields**;
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn;
* Basic knowledge of **Excel and Word** (the rest we’ll teach you ?).
