Job Summary: We are seeking qualified professionals to support coordinators and teachers, work within the school environment, and assist with administrative and pedagogical activities in a growth-oriented and successful environment. Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist coordinators with administrative and pedagogical tasks (support, document and file organization, etc.); * Assist in organizing the school environment; * Provide basic guidance to students, answering simple questions and relaying information; * Support the delivery of teaching materials to instructors; * Conduct initial parent interactions (providing simple information and referrals); * Record attendance and input absences into the system (supervised activity); * Support enrollment and re-enrollment campaigns; * Monitor exit authorizations (simple tracking under supervision); * Perform general administrative tasks as directed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school: completed or currently pursuing; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Additional Information** WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 6:30 AM TO 12:00 PM.
