Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage HR administration, including onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employment terminations, within a dynamic environment focused on growth and innovation. Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and verify new employee onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with requirements and employees' ASO (Occupational Health Certificates); * Receive and verify employee absence justification documents (e.g., medical certificates and declarations of attendance for consultations, exams, etc.), cross-checking information in the system to generate payroll calculations; * Calculate and process salaries, deductions, benefits, and taxes according to internal policies, regulations, and current labor legislation; * Review employee timekeeping reports with the respective department manager when necessary; * Perform monthly timekeeping closure, requesting corrections to clock-in/out records, and entering absences, late arrivals, and overtime hours; * Prepare and distribute employee pay slips; * Issue vacation receipts and collect employee signatures across all companies within the Group; * Assist in administering benefit plans, such as health insurance, dental plans, and transportation vouchers, among others; * Guide employees regarding HR department information, addressing inquiries to ensure alignment of information between the company and its employees; * Maintain up-to-date employee records, including personal information, timecards, leaves of absence, and vacation records; * Ensure compliance with internal company policies and governmental regulations; * Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, collecting required forms, and conducting necessary verifications; * Process employee terminations, including preparing termination documents and advising employees on related procedures; * Provide support in employee onboarding, contract renewals, payroll processing, FGTS and INSS contributions, IRRF withholding, eSocial closure, monthly registration and data uploads into systems (Setut and Ticket), bank transfers, and vacation processing, among others; * Monitor internship contracts: internship reports, and updates with educational institutions regarding contract extensions and terminations; * Calculate termination settlements (e.g., notice period, vacation pay, proportional 13th salary, penalties); * Verify and calculate FGTS contributions (including digital FGTS); * Issue GRRF and monitor FGTS installment plans; * Perform payroll calculations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (minimum halfway completion) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields; * One year of experience in relevant duties, which may include internship experience; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word; * Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Fundamental understanding of HR administrative routines; * Attention to detail; * Organization; * Communication skills; * Commitment; * Interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00; Saturday: 08:00–12:00.
