Join us and help shape the future in a growth-oriented and successful environment! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Open and close CEV Group facilities; * Monitor, observe, and guide the entry and exit of individuals, paying attention to activity at the reception area; * Control personnel access by verifying IDs and authorizations to ensure only authorized individuals enter; * Register authorized personnel and keep the registry updated; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area; * Guide visitors to reception or their destinations courteously and readily; * Forward correspondence to reception or unit management; * Perform other duties related to the position as required by departmental needs and managerial direction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Six months of experience in this role; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including Sundays and/or holidays; * Basic knowledge of customer service; * Knowledge of security reception services; * Attention to detail; * Discretion; * Communication skills; * Proactivity; * Interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Rotating Saturday shifts.
