Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily settlement and clearance of payments and receipts; * Generate, via system, reports on overdue receivables for collection purposes and forward to notary office when required; * Register and remove clients from credit protection agencies (e.g., Serasa), in accordance with departmental policy; * Prepare monthly billing reports; * Calculate commissions for Partner Schools and consultants (sales performance versus contractual percentage); * Conduct daily bank reconciliation, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines and accurate bank balances; * Prepare monthly reports reconciling expenses versus receipts; * Verify and update system records for clients who become current after negotiation; * Support preparation of the company’s Cash Flow Projection by monitoring and entering appropriate monthly payment forecasts into the system. * Experience in negotiations and collections is a plus. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (minimum halfway through) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, including internship experience. * Prior experience with TOTVS system and/or work in the education sector is preferred. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word. * Familiarity with banking operations. * Basic knowledge of finance routines and strong mathematical calculation skills. * Communication and critical thinking skills. * Time management skills. * Initiative. **Additional Information** * Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
