VIP Leilões is a platform specialized in auctions of diverse assets. It provides brokerage and auction organization services across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Will provide administrative support to the department. Organize and store documents, both physical and digital. Digitize and verify documents. Update basic spreadsheets and conduct internal monitoring. Receive and direct visitors, as needed. Manage correspondence, courier packages, and protocols. Previous experience as an Intern, Professional Apprentice, Junior Assistant, or Trainee may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma completed.
