Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Process Assistant to work on continuous improvement, supporting the definition, organization, and optimization of work methods and processes. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working on continuous improvement, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in defining and organizing work methods and processes; Support time and activity parameter assessments; Contribute to process flow mapping and identification of potential failures; Provide support in problem analysis and suggestion of simple process improvements; Monitor and support implementation of new processes; Assist in applying continuous improvement methodologies; Support monitoring of process improvement projects; Organize data and assist in preparing management reports and presentations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; Prior experience in analysis, mapping, and management of processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs); Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work on-site; Availability for 44 hours/week (Monday to Friday). **Additional Information** Compensation: R$ 1\.653,92\.
