Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, defining, and optimizing work methods and processes; mapping workflows; identifying failures; and proposing continuous improvements to solve problems. Manage process improvement projects Responsible for analyzing and defining work methods and processes; studying times and parameters; mapping activity workflows and identifying failures, in order to establish strategies for problem solving and propose continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** Define work methods and processes; Study times and parameters; Map activity workflows and identify failures; Establish strategies for problem solving, proposing continuous process improvements; Provide support during the execution of new processes; Apply continuous improvement methodologies; Manage process improvement projects; Prepare managerial reports and presentations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; Previous experience in process analysis, mapping, and management, as well as standard operating procedures; Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Availability for on-site work; Availability for 44 hours/week (Monday to Friday). **Additional Information** Compensation: R$ 2\.845,40\.
