




Job Summary: Human Resources Administration Analyst responsible for managing pre-onboarding processes, electronic timekeeping system maintenance, payroll reconciliation, and vacation management. If you are a proactive professional, adaptable to change, and committed to continuous improvement, **join us**! **All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and support personnel movement and staffing request workflows, ensuring they meet departmental needs; * Manage the entire pre-onboarding process, including medical examination scheduling, document collection, and system registration of approved candidates; * Ensure, through onboarding integration, that employees receive all relevant information regarding HR benefits and policies (pay slips, electronic timekeeping, vacations, etc.), and promptly request all applicable benefits for newly hired employees within required deadlines; * Perform daily maintenance of the electronic timekeeping system by entering supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates, overtime declarations) into the system, and resolve timekeeping issues during month-end closing to ensure all employees can access this documentation within the timeframe specified in the monthly schedule; * Reconcile biweekly and monthly payroll to guarantee employees receive all statutory entitlements and applicable benefits. * Manage employee enrollment changes in company-offered benefits (additions, removals, upgrades) to control costs and maintain benefit quality; * Analyze unit-level HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement; * Monitor unit-level HR expenses via transaction analysis to ensure budgetary targets are met; * Manage the offboarding process from preparation of termination documents through employee exit interview and final settlement, ensuring compliance with all timelines and regulatory requirements; * Provide timely and high-quality support to employees, addressing inquiries related to all aspects of unit-level Human Resources Administration; * Manage the entire vacation process, ensuring each employee takes vacation in their requested period. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of labor calculations and legislation. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Learning & Development Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; **Work Model:** **Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location**: Av.
