Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop graphic materials for advertising campaigns and events; * Create visual identity for the group’s products and services; * Prepare files for printing and digital production; * Create basic graphic pieces such as social media posts, banners, flyers, and business cards, following established guidelines; * Support more experienced designers on projects by contributing ideas and executing specific tasks; * Perform basic photo and image adjustments, such as cropping, color correction, and retouching; * Assist in designing promotional items and giveaways, including buttons, trophies, and commemorative T-shirt prints; * Collaborate in creating graphic content for social media, including simple animations for posts and digital cards; * Contribute to developing visual identity for internal environments (e.g., totems and signage), always under direct guidance; * Assist in creating printed graphic materials, such as book covers and brochures; * Collect and organize visual references and contribute ideas to the design team; * Perform basic edits on ready-made files for visual adjustments; * Ensure correct application of the visual identity developed by the team; * Assist in adapting graphic materials for different digital and print formats. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related fields; * 1 year of experience in the role, which may include internship experience; * Basic knowledge of creating content for social media and digital platforms; * Familiarity with photography and video recording; * Proficiency in text and image editing tools, including retouching, manipulation, and composition; * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Figma, and other graphic design platforms; * Organization and discipline; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Time management; * Adaptability; * Creativity. **Additional Information** 220 hours per month \- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
