Job Summary: Coordinate production on construction sites, monitoring progress, new techniques, quality processes, and team performance, while implementing civil engineering projects. Contribute to safety and quality during construction execution. * Coordinate on-site production to monitor and implement progress, new techniques, operational tasks, quality processes, and observe team performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement civil engineering projects by adapting their characteristics and preparing work methods and other required data; * Conduct detailed studies of projects to be executed, aiming to anticipate technical details, quantities, types of materials to be used, and labor requirements. * Apply general engineering theories in production scheduling, researching and studying product characteristics, * paying attention to quality, quantity, and cost, in order to coordinate operations and optimize equipment, material, and labor productivity. * Verify subcontractor services to reconcile quantities, proposals, and conduct analyses of projects and actual quantities to be executed. * Monitor measurements, verifying and approving deadlines and quantities. * Manage on-site production to monitor and implement progress, new techniques, operational tasks, quality processes, and observe team performance. * Execute works according to specifications, quality procedures, work instructions, and/or applicable standards. * Liaise with client inspectors, execute general site installations, and visit the site to verify services and working conditions. * Analyze subcontractor contracts to ensure coordination and execution of services, materials, and equipment. * Contribute to minimizing workplace accidents on construction sites by encouraging and guiding team members on correct use of personal protective equipment or taking appropriate measures to maintain site safety. * Report or prevent practices that negatively affect production service quality within the business unit. * Request technical clarifications (TC) to resolve potential doubts, ensuring better understanding of required services and achieving quality, productivity, and adherence to predefined deadlines. * Manage the team under your supervision by delegating tasks, providing guidance when necessary, and evaluating performance to foster growth and development of team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Technology/Buildings. * Postgraduate studies or specialization in the field are desirable. * Prior experience in high-end building projects (e.g., hotels, religious temples, hospitals). **Additional Information** ### **Benefits Offered** * **CLT Employment Contract**: Legal security and all rights guaranteed by law. * **Profit and Results Sharing (PLR)**: Based on internal procedures; we value collective performance. * **Health Insurance (employee premium-free)**: Extended family coverage, with deductions only for dependents and co-payment. * **Dental Insurance**: Same structure as health insurance, also available to family members. * **Life Insurance**: Protection and peace of mind for you and your loved ones. * **Transportation Allowance**: To facilitate your commute to work. * **Meal or Food Allowance**: Flexible allocation based on your preference. * **Birthday Day Off**: One day off on your birthday. * **Wellhub and Totalpass Partnerships**: Easy access to gyms and physical wellness. * **Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave**: More time to cherish important family moments. * **Training Portal**: A wide range of courses for continuous professional development.
