




Job Summary: The CEV Group is seeking a qualified professional to operate reprographic machines, produce teaching materials, and manage supplies with excellence and innovation. Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate reprographic machines (printers) to produce teaching materials, including textbooks, workbooks, exercises, and other printed materials; * Select appropriate paper types and inks for each job, ensuring print quality; * Adjust machine settings, including print quality, paper size, number of copies, and other parameters; * Monitor the printing process, inspecting print quality and correcting errors as needed; * Staple, organize, and sort printed materials according to the requirements of each job; * Sort materials per customer requests, ensuring proper organization and accurate product delivery; * Package and register printed materials appropriately, ensuring product safety and integrity during transportation; * Stock reprographic machines with ink and paper, maintaining an organized and updated inventory; * Control inventory of materials, including ink, paper, staples, envelopes, and other supplies; * Request replenishment of materials when necessary, ensuring supply availability for production; * Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance on reprographic machines, following manufacturer instructions; * Check ink levels, paper, and other machine components, performing preventive maintenance as required; * Report any issues or repair needs regarding reprographic machines to the supervisor; * Monitor and record emails assigned to the reprographics department; * Execute tasks requested via email, including material printing, file organization, and other duties; * Register requests in spreadsheets to ensure activity tracking and control; * Perform other related duties as required by the department and management directives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; * Ability to operate reprographic machines; * Familiarity with paper types, inks, and other printing materials; * Organizational skills; * Proactivity; * Responsibility; * Attention to detail; * Sense of urgency. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2-hour break); Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
