**SIMPLIFIED SELECTION PROCESS – PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR**
**CLAUSE ONE – OBJECT OF THE PROCESS**
**1.1** The Reabilitar Association, through this Public Notice, announces the opening of a Simplified Selection Process aimed at hiring a professional for the position of **Procurement Coordinator**, to work at the Reabilitar Association’s Administrative Headquarters in Teresina - PI.
**CLAUSE TWO – MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION**
**2.1 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR POSITION AT THE REABILITAR ASSOCIATION HEADQUARTERS**
* Embody the Reabilitar Association’s organizational identity;
* Conduct on-site visits and establish relationships with the Association’s units;
* Analyze and propose improvements and/or new technologies/methodologies to optimize departmental operations;
* Lead and align the team (including monitoring, training, feedback, delegation, conflict resolution, motivation, performance evaluation, professional development, warnings, hiring, reassignment, termination, among others);
* Promote and internalize the organizational culture within the team (Business, Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategy);
* Understand the documentary and performance characteristics of different transportation modes;
* Ensure compliance with sector safety standards, processes, routines, and policies;
* Define, implement, monitor, and analyze departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and define strategies to improve results;
* Coordinate the Reabilitar Association’s supply chain and services;
* Coordinate the entire administrative process for formalizing procurement of products and/or services;
* Demonstrate proactive behavioral traits in supply chain activities;
* Plan procurements so that procurement lead time meets supply needs;
* Develop a supplier relationship policy;
* Coordinate inventory and stocktaking;
* Coordinate loss prevention and inventory control activities;
* Manage and prospect suppliers;
* Monitor, together with the Legal Department, expiration dates of supplier and service provider contracts;
* Analyze supply quality and propose new methods, systems, and processes aimed at cost reduction and profitability improvement;
* Receive and distribute demands from the Reabilitar Association’s units and projects;
* Jointly develop, with Management, the area’s strategic and budgetary planning;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as required by departmental needs and management directives;
* Conduct ethical and respectful negotiations with product and service suppliers, aligned with societal expectations and the Association’s values;

**CLAUSE THREE – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields;
* Completed postgraduate degree (Specialization/MBA) in the field relevant to the position;
* Relevant professional experience;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI;
* Experience with SoulMV, Fortes DOC, and the Electronic Information System (SEI);
* Preferred: Knowledge of hospital supplies and medications.
**CLAUSE FOUR – JOB DETAILS**
* Salary: R$ 5536.47;
* Transportation Allowance;
* Health Insurance (50% covered by the company, 50% by the employee);
* Dental Insurance;
* Meal Allowance;
* 40-hour weekly work schedule.
