Monitor and guide sales staff and cashiers. Ensure customer service quality. Organize and monitor product restocking and store organization. Support inventory control and goods receiving. Monitor team performance and support employee development. Assist in scheduling and addressing store demands. Ensure company processes and standards are followed. Previous experience as Store Manager, Sales Coordinator, Team Leader, or Sales Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
