We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your key missions will be to serve as a guardian of our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Management of multidisciplinary maintenance teams (mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, carpentry); Management of outsourced teams for Cleaning, Landscaping, Security, Fire Brigade, and Parking; Project management; Integration and synergy between Operations and other administrative areas (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Legal); Responsible for preparing the annual budget and controlling the condominium’s Net Operating Income (NOI) and parking revenue; CAPEX/OPEX forecasting and control; Definition and monitoring of team performance targets using the PDCA tool; Management of energy supply contracts acquired through the Free Energy Market, ensuring optimal tariff classification and efficient handling of surplus energy; Monitoring of public tenders, interface with and oversight of expansion, improvement, and retrofit construction projects; Definition of security strategy, team positioning, and risk mitigation plans for property security and civil fire brigade teams; Annual review of the Emergency Evacuation and Crisis Plan, including crisis and evacuation drills to measure performance and drive operational improvements—in coordination with public agencies such as the Military Fire Department, Military Police, and SAMU (Mobile Emergency Care Service); Maintenance and updating of operational licenses with the Fire Department, Environmental Secretariat, Municipal Government, and other regulatory bodies; Analysis and decision-making on operational actions for new initiatives impacting Shopping Center operations. Requirements: **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; Postgraduate studies preferred. Experience in Shopping Centers will be considered a differentiator.
