Actively participate in code reviews and promote learning Develop information systems by designing, deploying, and maintaining software systems using appropriate methodologies and techniques to meet established objectives regarding quality, costs, timelines, and benefits. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, develop, and implement efficient and innovative software solutions; * Collaborate in the full software development lifecycle—from conception through delivery and maintenance; * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications; * Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code, applying best programming practices; * Conduct testing to ensure the quality and robustness of developed solutions; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate systems and resolve potential conflicts; * Diagnose and fix defects, bugs, or performance issues in existing systems; * Adequately document code, processes, and developed solutions; * Actively participate in code reviews and support collaboration and continuous learning; * Assist in end-user training and create documentation to facilitate understanding of implemented solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Processing, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Software Engineering or Development is desirable. * Advanced knowledge of computer science and emerging technologies. * Proficiency in web and desktop programming languages (Java, JavaScript) and development frameworks; * Knowledge of programming logic; * Knowledge of databases; **Additional Information** Salary according to the position’s classification; Internal Occupational Health Assistance Program; Meal Voucher; Birthday Day Off; Discounts at partner companies.
