Job Summary: The professional remotely monitors electronic security systems, analyzes risk events, and ensures customer safety as well as effective communication with external teams. Effective communication and accurate recording of information Perform remote monitoring of alarm systems, CCTV, and electronic security devices, analyzing events, identifying risk situations, and implementing defined operational procedures for each incident. The professional is responsible for ensuring customer safety, proper communication with external teams, and accurate recording of information in the system. * Monitor alarm systems and CCTV in real time * Analyze signals, events, and alarm triggers * Conduct incident verification per protocol (visual, audio, and systemic) * Notify responsible parties, support teams, and/or authorities when necessary * Maintain clear and objective communication with customers * Record incidents, responses, and actions taken in the system * Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Safeguard the confidentiality of customer information and data * Identify basic technical failures and escalate to specialized support
