The professional is responsible for ensuring customer safety, proper communication with external teams, and accurate recording of information in the system. * Monitor alarm systems and CCTV in real time * Analyze signals, events, and alarm triggers * Conduct incident verification per protocol (visual, audio, and systemic) * Notify responsible parties, support teams, and/or authorities when necessary * Maintain clear and objective communication with customers * Record incidents, responses, and actions taken in the system * Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Safeguard the confidentiality of customer information and data * Identify basic technical failures and escalate to specialized support
