We seek someone who wants to **grow together**, roll up their sleeves, and help sustain rapid growth without losing great talent along the way. **Job Mission** ------------------- Act as the strategic and operational arm of HR, supporting the company’s growth through efficient recruitment, structured onboarding, leadership support, and care for employee experience. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- ### **Recruitment & Selection** * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (alignment, screening, interviews, feedback) * Collaborate with leaders to define job profiles and support hiring decisions * Support prioritization of business-critical roles * Monitor R&S metrics (time-to-fill, hiring quality) ### **Onboarding & Employee Experience** * Execute and enhance the new hire onboarding process * Ensure a positive experience during the first 30, 60, and 90 days * Support engagement and organizational climate initiatives ### **Leadership Support** * Support leaders on people management topics (feedback, conflicts, development, offboarding) * Serve as a trusted point of contact for sensitive employee-related situations * Help build a culture of accountability and maturity in people management ### **Metrics & Process Structuring** * Track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, workforce movements) * Support the HR Head in structuring processes and policies * Propose improvements based on business realities **✅ Requirements** ---------------- * Prior experience as an HR Analyst (generalist or with strong R&S focus) * Experience in fast-growing environments (startup, scale-up, or expanding company) * Experience conducting interviews and engaging with leaders * Strong communication, organization, and autonomy * Ability to handle ambiguity and frequent change * **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in startups or companies in early structuring phases * Knowledge of HR metrics * Experience with structured onboarding * Proficiency in using AI tools for HR processes * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields **Contract Details** --------------------------- * R$ 400 flexible benefit via Flash card * PJ contract, hybrid model (in-office Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays) * Location: Fonte Hub within Rede Gazeta (own office to open soon, 1km away) * **️ Important to Know Before Applying** * This is not a ready-made HR function—we’re building everything from scratch * The pace is intense and priorities shift frequently * We seek someone who **does**, proposes, and takes ownership If this excites you, you’ll likely thrive here
