Job Summary: A professional to serve as the bridge between commercial and production departments, leading design teams and optimizing planning, with a focus on contract management, cost control, and bidding processes. Participation in bidding processes (public and private) **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as the bridge between commercial and production departments, ensuring strategic alignment; * Structure and organize the planning department; * Lead a team of design professionals (architects/engineers) and supervisors; * Manage contracts, schedules, and project execution; * Monitor construction costs, measurements, and budgets; * Participate in bidding processes (public and private); * Propose improvements and solutions to optimize planning. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Postgraduate degree (preferred); * Experience in planning, construction cost management, and contracts; * Experience in bidding processes and measurements; * Advanced Excel skills; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to travel occasionally. **Compensation and Benefits** * R$ 4\.000,00; * Meal allowance: R$ 500,00; * Company vehicle (when required); * On-site lunch. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour lunch break); * Alternate Saturdays.
