We currently have an opening for a **People Management Assistant!** Explore this opportunity below and accelerate your career at a company that never stops growing! **Responsibilities and Duties** * End-to-end management of the internal and external talent attraction journey, including strategic job posting, resume screening and analysis, definition of selection criteria, and candidate communication via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other platforms—ensuring continuous alignment with managers and clear communication with candidates throughout the process. * Consolidate, monitor, and analyze Talent area metrics to generate insights supporting decision-making and continuous improvement of recruitment processes. * Manage ticket creation and follow-up on HR management platforms, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and experience for new Munders’ welcome and work kits. * Participate in internal engagement and recognition initiatives such as “Munder of the Month,” including vote consolidation, data analysis, and report preparation for partner departments—ensuring data reliability, process governance, and adherence to deadlines. * Strategically manage and monitor the Onboarding Journey, ensuring execution of all stages, evaluations, and interactions, so that each Munder experiences a structured, welcoming, and caring process—promoting respectful adaptation aligned with Mundiale’s culture. * Manage and communicate monthly birthday information, consolidating data and liaising with teams and managers to strengthen Munders’ experience and sense of belonging. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Recruitment and Selection, including operational and administrative roles. * Experience in job posting, resume screening, and candidate outreach across multiple channels. * Knowledge of Talent Attraction metrics and data tracking. * Experience in onboarding processes and talent pool management. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit (you decide how to use it according to your needs: culture, transportation apps, subscriptions, fitness, meals, etc.); Unimed Unipart Health Plan; Career Development Path; Hybrid Work Model; Birthday Day Off; Short Friday; Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
