Respond to messages, clarify doubts, present offers, and guide customers to closing the sale. Register and update information in the internal system. Actively prospect new customers and reactivate inactive ones. Send commercial proposals and follow up on customer responses. Perform basic post\-sale activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor opportunities, analyze demands, and identify improvements in digital customer service. Contribute to campaigns, promotional activities, and commercial strategies. Meet individual and team goals.
