(except DF) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Be responsible at Units for planning, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of PCMSO for BB and CASSI employees, following company regulations, standards, and guidelines. * Be responsible for implementing, executing (when necessary), and monitoring worker health actions for BB and CASSI, as well as participating in their execution according to Headquarter’s guidelines. * Regularize health leave for BB and CASSI employees according to established rules and guidelines, enabling early diagnosis of occupational diseases, monitoring absenteeism levels, and facilitating return-to-work processes. * Advise on the development of specific content and execute (when necessary) educational actions in occupational health, according to the worker health program, aiming to foster a healthier relationship with work and consequently improve employee quality of life. * Participate in monitoring qualified production of information related to epidemiological profiles, PCMSO exam data, and BB and CASSI Worker Health activities. * Develop, propose, and implement (once approved) preventive actions in occupational health and follow-up protocols for individuals with occupational diseases, based on epidemiological data and following BB and CASSI guidelines. * Advise BB and CASSI on assessing the impact of identified environmental risks on their respective employees' health status, as well as assist in developing solutions to neutralize these risks. * Develop, supervise, and execute (when necessary), jointly with healthcare teams, health service staff, and assisting physicians, Return-to-Work Plans as established by the company for CASSI employees returning to work through Social Security Rehabilitation Programs. * Assess the level of employee health impairment and its impact on job performance to determine/recommend need for leave for proper recovery and treatment. * Analyze documents and medical record data to support issuing technical opinions based on relevant regulatory instructions concerning healthcare provision and functional regularization for BB and CASSI employees. * Provide technical support to examining physicians based on current regulations, regulatory instructions, and training, as well as systematically evaluate worker health services provided, according to BB and CASSI guidelines. * Monitor the development and maintenance of CASSI's PGR. * Complete the CAT investigation report for BB employees as directed by Worker Health Agreement regulations, and forward it to BB SESMT for accident investigation. * Evaluate causal relationship of work accidents/occupational diseases among Banco do Brasil employees prior to all procedures. * Conduct occupational health examinations at Units according to the BB and CASSI Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), complying with institutional standards and guidelines related to service quality and goal achievement. * Provide care and monitor suspected cases of occupational disease according to occupational health protocols, aiming to reduce incidence and improve worker health conditions. * Sign the PCMSO as Local Responsible of the Unit and CliniCASSI(s). 2510190202501821377
