Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate, plan and monitor production processes, ensuring targets, quality, costs and deadlines. * Monitor performance indicators, productive capacity and sales demand. * Develop, review and ensure compliance with operational standards. * Prepare management reports and monitor unit performance. * Plan and control the annual budget, expenses and investments. * Manage people: recruitment, training, performance evaluation, timekeeping, vacations and benefits. * Coordinate administrative and operational teams and third-party service contracts. * Represent the company before public agencies, banks and legal entities. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, quality, 5S and compliance requirements. * Coordinate environmental management, waste management and legal licenses for the unit. * Investigate and address accidents, incidents, non-conformities and customer complaints. * Ensure product quality and management of laboratory activities. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Manage inventories, warehouse operations and stock control. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities and report irregularities to management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related fields. Experience in industrial and production processes and people management. Skills/Competencies: Leadership, Flexibility, Dynamism, Commitment, Communication.
