Responsibilities and assignments * Map and assess risks inherent to Credi-Shop’s processes, projects, and products; * Support the development, updating, and implementation of the Risk Matrix and Action Plans; * Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, considering probability, impact, and applicable methodologies; * Monitor the effectiveness of implemented internal controls and propose improvements; * Prepare management reports and dashboards with key risk indicators (KRIs); * Monitor and/or conduct interviews with business areas to identify new risks; * Support compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Requirements and qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * Technical knowledge in: BACEN regulations; Norms and regulations applicable to the financial sector; Risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000); Risk mapping and assessment tools (BPMN diagram, Bowtie, Risk Matrix); Risk indicators (KRIs), action plans, and monitoring methodologies; Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets; Business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and/or Qlik Sense. 2512260202491936324
