




Job Summary: Professional to perform Personnel Department routines, including payroll processing, hiring, termination, vacation, and benefits administration, as well as handling internal and legal requests. Support for internal and legal requests Prerequisites: * Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing routines; * Knowledge of eSocial, Digital FGTS, and DCTFWeb; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc). Responsibilities: * Perform payroll processing; * Carry out the legal procedures for employee hiring and termination; * Process employee vacations and terminations; * Process and monitor the granting of benefits to employees; * Review and verify transportation voucher and meal voucher requests; * Verify, process, and generate payment slips for transportation vouchers and meal vouchers; * Complete contribution guides and submit files containing information on collected statutory contributions; * Generate payment remittances and payment orders in the coordinator’s absence; * Address internal requests (certificates, clarifications, benefits, loans, documentation for employees); * Respond to legal department requests concerning Personnel Department information and documentation; * Monitor minutes, agreements, and judicial rulings, and reprocess terminations according to judicial decisions; * Issue DARF for labor lawsuits and request FGTS statements and Connectivity Keys; * Prepare reports and spreadsheets; * Exchange information with Branch Personnel Departments (DEPES); * Guide branch offices on procedures; * Provide training on the Management System for Personnel Department routines.
