Promote a healthy work environment focused on continuous team development, process improvement, cost control, and excellence in meeting the hospital's nutritional needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support management in people management, evaluating, guiding, developing, and optimizing available resources, promoting a healthy work environment with opportunities for development, continuous learning, and recognition; * Assist in developing service organization manuals, area routines and procedures, data collection for managerial reports, and departmental indicators; * Propose improvements in systems and tools to management, aiming for greater efficiency and effectiveness of departmental processes, seeking to optimize financial, physical, and personnel resources, ensuring deadlines and appropriate synchronization of work progress to meet established goals; * Ensure maintenance of good food handling practices, as well as training and direct support to professionals involved throughout the entire process chain; * Develop recipes and corresponding technical sheets, periodically evaluating culinary preparations; * Request general and special diet supplies, considering the number of staff, patients, and service meal reports; * Plan forecasts and request purchases of foodstuffs and materials required for department activities, promoting inventory alignment with needs and quality control of purchased supplies; * Participate in supplier selection for the service, evaluating food origin; * Supervise temperature record controls, samples, and weighings; * Monitor critical and control points across all processes, contributing to hygienic-sanitary control of the Nutrition and Dietetics Service; * Assign tasks, guide, and monitor their execution; * Guide and supervise correct techniques for receiving, storing, and preserving supplies; * Control movement of foodstuffs and other materials; * Maintain daily records of meal costs, expenses, and inventory of stock materials; * Submit monthly reports to management on meal costs and material consumption (cleaning and disposable items) using specific spreadsheets, as well as completed activities and suggestions for improvement; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree, with postgraduate specialization in the field; * Active CRN (Regional Nutrition Council) registration; * Minimum six months of relevant experience preferred; * Ability to work effectively in teams, organizational skills, and proactivity. **Additional Information** * Salary; * Internal Occupational Health Program; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Birthday Day-Off; * Discounts at partner companies.
