**Description:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Controllership, or Project Management is desirable Minimum experience in the role within medium to large organizations Ability to perform strategic performance analysis and prepare managerial reports to support decision-making Advanced Office Suite skills Availability for a 44-hour weekly work schedule Monthly assessment of the organization’s strategic performance and that of its business units; Conduct critical analysis of variances between planned and actual results; Work with responsible parties for strategic plans and projects to achieve targets and resolve variances; Monitor, analyze, and support the organization’s strategic actions and those of its business units; Organize and communicate monthly critical analysis meetings (RAC) and minutes of the monthly strategic analysis meetings (RAE); Support the preparation of the monthly report on strategic and organizational performance evaluation; Analyze the supplementary healthcare market (local, state, regional, and national); Perform comparative analysis of the operator’s performance against market indicators (benchmarking); Update strategic plans and projects following executive board decisions made during RAE meetings; Maintain the public shared drive for action plans and projects organized and up to date; Provide strategic support to health provision management, member value enhancement, human resources management, and communication and relationship (marketing); Ensure the quality (accuracy) of the information provided; Analyze processes inherent to the area of responsibility, proposing and suggesting improvements to maximize results; Stay updated on technological advancements related to the field of work, aiming at professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for improvements in equipment and processes, contributing to continuous improvement; Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under responsibility; Know, apply, promote, and suggest norms and practices focused on workplace safety and environmental preservation, participating in programs promoted by the unit, contributing to eliminating situations that could pose risks of workplace accidents or environmental degradation; Safeguard the preservation of organizational assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; Support immediate supervisors on matters related to the area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted; Perform other related activities as determined by the immediate manager. 2509170202251713724
