




Job Summary: Responsible for performing and supervising the assembly and disassembly of transformers and reactors, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and integrity. Ensure requirements for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment. **Description** **The Opportunity:** Responsible for performing and supervising the assembly and/or disassembly of transformers and reactors on the company’s production lines, aiming to meet product specifications in accordance with designs, standards, and technical procedures, while fulfilling requirements for Quality, Health, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Integrity. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * Supervise and perform assembly and/or disassembly activities according to production orders, meeting product and quality requirements and procedures, reading and interpreting drawings with their respective technical specifications, and complying with health, occupational safety, environmental, and integrity standards. * Supervise and identify the sequence of assembly and/or disassembly operations according to the production plan, properly utilizing machinery and equipment as per pre-established procedures. Such tasks include preparing tanks for receiving the dry and pressed active part; preparing the re-compression box to ensure all devices are available for use during active part compression and re-compression; removing the active part from the oven using an overhead crane, paying special attention to the lifting capacity of slings and steel cables; transporting the active part to the re-compression area and subsequently placing it into the tank. * Assemble accessories onto the tank (valves, monitoring equipment, pipes, conservators), as specified in drawings, and conduct applied voltage tests and transformer turns ratio tests. * Package and dispatch disassembled parts for shipment.
