Maintain communication with candidates and leaders to finalize hires **About the Company** Today, Segala's is among the leading Brazilian companies distributing frozen food products, with over 34 years of market experience, serving the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Proactively source candidates aligned with open opportunities. * Review, evaluate, and classify received resumes and applications. * Identify professionals who meet the technical and behavioral requirements of the positions. * Schedule and conduct competency-based interviews, either in person or via video call. * Assess candidates' experience, skills, and qualifications, and record relevant observations. * Organize and monitor all stages of the selection process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines. * Keep internal records updated, including resumes, interviews, and position closures. * Maintain continuous and transparent communication with candidates and hiring managers. * Prepare necessary documentation to complete the hiring process. * Perform other job-related tasks as required internally. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Experience across all stages of selection processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:18, with a 1 hour and 30 minute break.** **Benefits** * Basic food basket * Meal allowance or meal voucher of BRL 57.00 per working day; * Social Life Card (available 90 days after hiring); * UNIMED Health Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee); * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee).
