You will be responsible for and ensure production, quality, safety, organization, and service excellence in the **Food segment.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise all service processes and completions within your unit, ensuring excellence in customer service while maintaining full compliance with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within your scope to optimize unit operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating or innovating initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for planning and annually establishing your unit’s budget, and ensure it is met—and ideally exceeded—throughout the year; * Establish clear communication and deliver technical, behavioral, health, and safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Work in a Corporate-segment unit. **Main Requirements:** * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven experience in leadership, team development, and multidisciplinary team management; **Benefits that care for you entirely** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
