If you believe in well-executed processes, engaged people, and continuous improvement, this could be your next challenge. **Key Daily Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the production team for thermal and acoustic insulation materials, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety; * Guide and monitor logistics, loading, shipping, and billing activities; * Ensure adherence to the production planning defined by PPCP, aligning deadlines, productivity, and resources; * Act as the liaison between management and operations, ensuring clear communication and direction to the team; * Monitor production KPIs and propose continuous process improvements; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Technical Profile:** * Prior experience in production supervision; * Knowledge of nonwoven carding; * Experience in shipping, billing, and internal logistics; * Knowledge of people management and production KPI monitoring; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
