#### **Responsibilities** * Preparation of management reports (PL, P&L, Balance Sheet). * Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget (Budget and Forecast), with a focus on results and profitability. * Cost and expense analysis, identifying variances, monitoring margins by product, collection, and channel, proposing improvements. * Monitoring of KPIs (performance indicators). * Control and analysis of inventories, turnover, coverage, stockouts, and losses (breakages, obsolescence, and markdowns). * Planning and monitoring of physical inventories in stores and distribution centers, reconciling physical X system X accounting records. * Supporting monthly management closing, ensuring information consistency. * Preparation of management presentations for the Board of Directors. * Collaboration with departments such as Procurement, Planning, Operations, Stores, and Finance. * Corporate Insurance. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Administration, or related fields. * Solid experience in controller functions. * Experience in the Retail sector. * Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). * Knowledge of accounting standards (CPCs). #### **Skills** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and organizational skills. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Attention to detail and accuracy. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher (Flexible), Transportation Voucher, Dental Plan, Discount on company products ### **Department:** Beagle Blumenau Headquarters
