About the Position **Required Education:** Incomplete Elementary School. **Requirements and Preferences:** Experience in customer service, especially at entrances. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** Provide customer service and information; Identify, register, and direct customers to desired areas; Receive and verify correspondence materials; Handle telephone inquiries at the entrance; Verify document validity and control customer access to water parks and parking lots; Assist in monitoring the area via internal CCTV system; Perform other related duties as requested by the institution. Knowledge: Basic customer service skills; Basic knowledge of surveillance and security. ⏰ Working Hours 44 hours per week.
