Excellent communication skills, consultative mindset, and team leadership. **Your Responsibilities:** Manage direct client relationships, serving as the primary liaison between external client demands and internal teams; Develop, present, and defend digital media strategies focused on performance and branding; Plan, coordinate, and oversee paid media campaigns, ensuring delivery quality and achievement of business objectives; Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), prepare reports and result analyses, and propose continuous improvements to initiatives; Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team (media, creative, content, and BI), fostering alignment and collaboration across teams; Ensure adherence to deadlines, scopes, and quality standards for deliverables. **Requirements to Apply:** Solid experience in digital media, working with clients and campaigns across various industries; Proficiency in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, among others; Strong analytical capability, with skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make results-driven decisions; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, consultative approach, and relationship focus; Skills in negotiation, deadline management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams; Preferred Qualifications: agency experience, certifications in paid media, and knowledge of BI tools (Google Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.).
