Act preventively to avoid rework, rejection, and production delays. **JOB SUMMARY** Responsible for developing technical standards and ensuring correct execution of printing (silk screen and sublimation), transfer, and external packaging processes, guaranteeing compliance with the technical specification sheet and proper release of production batches. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and validate technical production standards, including master samples and acceptance criteria. * Support the preparation and review of technical specification sheets related to printing, transfer, and packaging processes. * Monitor production startup at suppliers, ensuring correct application of the defined method. * Conduct technical inspection and batch release according to established standards. * Identify process deviations, record non-conformities, and guide necessary adjustments. * Act preventively to avoid rework, rejection, and production delays. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Ability to identify technical defects in silk screen and sublimation printing processes, such as shade variation, coverage defects, artwork misalignment, print distortion, ink migration, press marking, uneven gloss, curing defects, and adhesion issues. * Ability to evaluate transfer application regarding positioning, centering, temperature, pressure, application time, fixation, and post-application resistance. * Ability to interpret technical specification sheets and translate specifications into practical inspection criteria, ensuring measurements, print positioning, colors, and finishes comply with the approved standard. * Skill in comparing production output against master samples, pilot runs, or quality-approved standards to identify variations prior to batch release. * Ability to monitor production startup, validate initial process settings, and intervene technically when deviations occur. * Experience in process inspection and production release, with decision-making based on technical criteria rather than visual assessment alone.
