Job Summary: Responsible for the company's asset security, safeguarding the store, controlling the flow of people and vehicles, and preventing losses or abnormalities. Key Highlights: 1. Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the company's asset security, safeguarding the store, receiving and controlling the flow and access of people (customers, employees, and visitors) and vehicles, observing behavior and movement to provide guidance and direct individuals to desired locations, as well as preventing losses, fires, accidents, or any abnormalities. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure and safeguard the company's asset security, receiving and controlling the flow and access of people (customers, employees, and visitors) and vehicles, aiming to provide guidance and direct individuals to desired locations, as well as prevent losses, fires, accidents, or any abnormalities; Conduct periodic patrols within the store and parking area, observing suspicious behaviors and movements, intervening when necessary and administering first aid according to pre\-established rules and standards; Contribute to excellence in service delivery to internal and/or external customers through information and guidance; Ensure proper use and maintain organization of the workplace and equipment used; Assist with related activities as needed; Requirements Experience (in the field): Store Security Officer **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Age:** Minimum 18 years old **Additional Information:** Fully on-site position **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Discount Program at Stores Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
